Thank you for shopping with Estrella & The Stars! We work with trusted print-on-demand partners (Print KK, Gelato, Printify, and Candle Bliss) to deliver high-quality, custom products directly to your door. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing

  • All products are made-to-order. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days, depending on the product and provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times include production + shipping:

  • Print KK: Standard 10–20 business days; expedited options available.
  • Gelato: Local production in 32 countries; average delivery 4–6 days (economy) or 3–4 days (express).
  • Printify: Economy 4–8 business days; Standard 2–5 days; Priority 2–3 days (where available).
  • Candle Bliss: U.S. orders ship within 1–3 business days; international shipping via UPS/DHL (7–14 business days).

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Candle Bliss offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $99 (continental U.S. only).
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Live tracking is available for most carriers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect shipping addresses
    • Customs clearance
    • Carrier issues or peak-season delays

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by our carriers.
  • Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to customs regulations.

  • Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different providers.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
