Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Estrella & The Stars. Each item is custom-made using print-on-demand services, so please review the following policy carefully:


Orders Are Final

Because all products are printed after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Deciding you no longer want the item

Please double-check your design, size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a free reprint or refund. To qualify:

  1. Contact us at estrellaatthestars@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. You do not need to return the product — we may ask you to keep it while we review your claim.

Once approved, we will go ahead and arrange a reprint or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Shipping & Processing

  • Production begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Please allow [3-15] business days for production plus shipping times shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Important Notes

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval, but timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
